The estimated total investment capital ranges from ₱4.5 million to ₱11 million, inclusive of the franchise fee. The actual investment required varies depending on the store's location, size, site condition, and whether the project involves constructing a new building or renovating an existing space.
What is the royalty fee?
AFC charges a 2% royalty fee based on gross sales. This fee is part of the franchise arrangement and supports the continued use and development of the AFC brand and franchise system.
How long is the AFC franchise term?
The standard AFC franchise term is 5 years. Franchise partners operate under the terms and conditions outlined in the franchise agreement.
